Brandon was professional and very knowledgeable but I’m left a little confused about the recommended service. He reviewed several recommendations which felt like “nice to have” repairs after which we agreed to replace the capacitor which seemed to be higher priority. After paying for that service he presented yet more additional recommended repairs, one of which eliminates the need for the capacitor I just replaced. Hence the confusion. Your team is always responsive and VERY knowledgeable which I appreciate. I also felt very lucky that you were able to come out to diagnose as quickly as you did.
